Recipe: Feijoa Cacao Boost Smoothie Bowl

Try these delicious smoothie bowls for breakfast, dessert or a tasty snack!

You’ll need:

For the bowl:

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup of feijoas, chopped (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of Bestow Beauty Plus Oil

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder (added later)

For the topping:

  • 1/2 cup of feijoas, chopped (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 cup of pistachios, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut thread

To make:

Serves two

  • Blitz all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a bullet or blender. Spoon half of the mixture evenly into two bowls.

  • Sprinkle toppings.
